Me

Hello! I am Allison, born and raised in the small community of Kincardine, a town off the shorelines of Lake Huron. I’ve always wanted to connect to a larger community of people and find people passionate about design and clothing with whom I can share my ideas. Up until recently, I’ve been tied up in the challenging but unrewarding role of fast-food management.  I did learn the value of consistency while developing an ability to perform under pressure. Most of all, I learned that a future in food service is not in the cards for me. After many years of dabbling in a variety of art interests through character sketching, I found my favorite part of drawing was creating clothing designs. So, I decided to take a small risk and to see if I could create a career out of my ideas. I want to bring my passion and creativity to the table and show off my style of design.

As a creative individual I’m still working on perfecting and improving my skills.  I love exploring different pathways to solutions. I want to discover as much as I can on a topic once it’s caught my interest. I like to try and explore as many ways as possible to come up with a solution to a problem. I would like to use this skill to work on the environmental impact of fashion and help to create a responsible consumer environment.  Always looking for opportunities to be my best, I look forward to a career in fashion.
